“Due to the excessive and ever increasing maintenance fees and a change of personal circumstance, we felt it was time to part with our Diversified Pure Points Timeshare which we had purchased at the Sunset Beach Club, Benalmadena, Spain but didn't know how to do it. We turned to the internet and found the Timeshare Advice Line and how lucky we were in finding them first. With a simple phone call, Rachel explained the TAL's quotes and procedures and that no money would be paid up front. Fees would only become payable once we were in possession of documentation confirming we no longer owned the timeshare and had no future liabilities and this was indeed the case. Rachel passed over our application to Seamus who was about to send in a batch of claims for Diversified Resorts. We got our paperwork to Seamus straight away and unbelievably, just four days later, we received confirmation that our timeshare had been legally cancelled. Incredible! We can't thank Rachel and Seamus enough for the service they provided and we are very happy to recommend them to others. Many thanks, once again Angela & Pat Chesterfield”

“After being let down by other companies promising to help me, I was very cautious. I was reassured by Racheal every step of the way. The no win no fee really helped me to decide to proceed with The Timeshare Advice Line. I'm so glad I did because I recieved all the monthly money I had paid over the years plus my credit score was restored to what it was before having the timeshare. I would 100% recommend others to get in touch so they too can end the nightmare of timeshare. Brilliant service all the way.”

“The help we received from Timeshare Advice Line and their claims team in ridding us of our burdansome Timeshare was immesurable. For years we have paid for firms to look into this for us but to no avail. We were very grateful to TAL and their claims team, the latter took on Barclays' Bank and won a substantial refund for us. All this work was done for us on a NO WIN NO FEE BASIS. We did have to pay them for their services and success but this is only fair as they did all the work. We would recomend this company and their diligent agents.”

“Can't thank these people enough we thought we had lost everything but they helped us every step of the way. We often felt like giving up it was a long process but pleased they encouraged us not too.
