Messed up delivery dates and didn't supply enough roof felt. Wasn't willing to send the felt next day delivery...said they were "unable". In 2024.....yeh right.

I’m sure my problems with beading for the shed I bought from you are well documented having spoken with customer service and exchanged several emails. Your handling of a simple matter has been appalling.

Disappointed. I don’t really trust Tiger any more. If TigerSheds put half the effort they put into Branding and Marketing into Customer Service and simply Manufacturing this would be a very different review. More worryingly, at the moment I think it is certain that this review will not be visible from the Tiger website – by default it only shows 4 and 5 star reviews, but even when you select “All Reviews” it doesn’t seem to show any negative ones, even though they are there on the independent sites. Mostly they seem to be similar tales to mine – missing or faulty parts then great difficulty getting any sense out of Tiger and an over-whelming lack of urgency on Tiger’s part. Most of my new shed arrived over a week ago, however, some parts are missing completely, another is cracked and one of the roof panels is misaligned amongst other things. I emailed TigerSheds on the night it was delivered and phoned around 9am the next morning. Could see my email, “someone would look into it and get back to me with delivery date, though could be two weeks, depending on when anything is being sent your way” – this is a company that claims to be able to deliver you a shed next day, but will send you part of a shed only when it suits them… I had mentioned a couple of parts with knot holes “wood has knots” – I tried to point out that it has knots, but not necessarily knot HOLES, but not sure whether those parts are being replaced – because 9 days later and despite further emails and phonecalls from me I have only got as far as they will send things a week on Friday. Since there is going to have to be another delivery I had pointed out that two small bits of wood that should have been 110mm were actually short – it is hard to be sure, but I think there will be a noticeable gap when the shed is up. This must be about the cheapest part in the Tiger inventory, it is basically an offcut, Still this could only be replaced if I sent photographic evidence. This illustrates two things about Tiger: firstly everything is on their terms for their convenience and secondly on closer inspection everything is a bit substandard – when I took the photos I found that not only are the pieces too short, they are not cut square either. Because we are keen to get the shed up as soon as possible, we have painted the panels while we wait for the rest – and discovered two door hinges not properly screwed on, full thickness splits through panels, which I have filled and a number of nails which have missed the frame. On the first point, look carefully at Tiger’s much touted 20 year guarantee, I genuinely wonder whether anyone has ever claimed against it – there is quite a demanding list of requirements for it to be valid. If you place an order (I recommend you don’t) you will receive a follow up email “Missing Something _________?” in which you will be invited to add TigerSkin Preserver or Tiger Silicone Sealant to your order. This was the point at which I realised that the shed is essentially untreated when it’s delivered – I was told on the phone “the treatment we (Tiger) apply is only to protect it in transit, it must be treated again by the customer” and the sealant? - That is because although the glass has been fitted in the windows (so you have all the fun of masking it off before you paint/treat) the guarantee is void unless the customer seals them inside and out. And to round it off, though the shed is free delivery and although they have invited you to add things to your order actually they want a further £13.99 delivery charge, look carefully it is all there in the small print… Before delivery you will receive a lengthy email about what they won’t do and how they are only going to dump it on the kerb outside your house etc, etc. You won’t get anything as useful as a delivery time until the actual day of delivery. The delivery itself was actually the one thing that has exceeded my expectations – the bloke was really helpful and did bring the pallet up the drive and put it where I wanted it. It turned out he didn’t work for Tiger, he didn’t even know it was a shed. I would so much rather have been building my shed than writing this review. The 17 day delay has caused real inconvenience, about which Tiger appear to care nothing. Perhaps there are circumstances beyond their control, but they could so easily be more forthcoming with information and they totally ignore some emails. Tiger are fond of saying “Beware of Imitations”, but please, – Be Aware of Imitations: you can almost certainly get just as good a shed from someone in your local area, who will actually care about whether it is all there and properly made and who you will be able to get some sense out of if it isn’t. Changed delivery date, needed it before Christmas because of difficulties with access, and now are giving a "possible" 2 week window in the New Year which will lead to increased costs and problems in handling the delivery. Appalled.

Knot holes in shed letting in the elements. Should not have passed Quality control. No glass provide for window at point of delivery and still waiting after two attempts of redelivery one damaged in transit the another to big for space I have been waiting two weeks for the third replacement and still unable to use the shed a month after delivery

Very poor quality, some panels damaged and warped and impossible to assemble correctly. Contacted them a week ago with only an automated reply since. I had to build a new base as the one supplied was not fit for purpose, made in four separate pieces. Very poor all round and I won't be dealing with them again, best avoided.

The pictures including measurements for sheds are misleading and the 'technical information' on the shed size was wrong for the total length. Customer Service was immediately rude and defensive as though it was my fault when I called and asked for the shed to be returned. Eventually, she said she'd speak to her 'senior' when she could and hung up on me, without any idea of timeframe. The 'senior' manager called back shortly after and was just as rude, she started the call angry for no obvious reason. I asked reasonable questions such as: when I will hear about the collection? Could I speak to someone to plan the delivery? And when will it be collected? She remained angry and wouldn't give me any useful information. Just telling me they'll email me with a date and there was nothing she could do. Overall poor product and terrible service.

The shed itself (the wooden parts) is fine, but the pack was missing a large number of essential fixings (screws, the key, enough nails). I've raised this, and hopefully Tiger will sort this out It's been a couple of weeks and no one has been in touch. Essentially their customer service appears to be non-existent

I placed an order on 2.5.23 and had an email Confirming a delivery date of w/c 30.5.23. The email said I’d be contacted 7-10 before! No call! I emailed the “delivery” email address to chase up on 21.5.23…. No response, so phoned today 24.5.23. After being on hold for c 10 mins I’ve now been told it might be w/c 12.6.23.. Very poor indeed

Came with one window broken tried tinging the Girl said a replacement would be sent still waiting. The shed is very Flimsy wood and cross members look a. Bit weak to be honest. If you buy one of these sheds go for the thicker felt, The felt I got was like Tissue pa pepper had to buy Propper felt. All in al I would not recommend buying from this seller Look Fantastic on pictures. But not when you see it Very poor for over £500

Very poor quality shed provided, extensive modification required to build the shed and weatherproof it. Contacted Tiger Sheds directly who advised they will replace the faulty panels (70% of the shed) or issue a full refund, not much use when the shed is partially constructed, base insulated and fully treated in our choice of color. Couldn't recommend Tiger Sheds when there are better and more competitively priced sheds out there.

Roof felt ridge piece ripped and blew off in the wind when our 8 by 6 Apex shed was 6 weeks old. We then had very poor customer service experience trying to source replacement felt. Would not recommend tiger sheds to anyone based on this. Would also recommend addition of felt adhesive as roof felt design is too flimsy for scottish weather.

You are the Worst company I have ever bought from.At point of order I was told typical 1 to 3 weeks it took 5 weeks to arrive ,after 9 phone calls from me.When it did arrive yesterday I was so disappointed I couldn't believe the door and roof height was only 5'4" (162cm),when I phoned Alison at tiger sheds I was told that is a standard size which I find hard to believe when the majority of adults are much taller than that when I enquired into cancelling the order yesterday I was told i would be charged £130 cancellation fee.i have the shed at the moment and I absolutely hate it .I have spoken to three different members of your team jack Allison and mckenzie over 5 weeks with no satisfaction, I have twice requested call backs from a manager which I was told it could take a week but each time no call back.when I complained about the extended lead time I was told it was in the terms and conditions and 1 to 3 weeks was only estimated but as i never received any paperwork or an order confirmation email I wouldn't know.I would still like to cancel this shed as it is not what expected when I ordered it but do not except the cancellation charge plus I would worry when I would receive my money back as nothing you have done from start to Finnish has been very professional.I also felt very isolated and singled out by your staff as each time I phoned I was told "they were sorry I felt that way" when in my opinion anyone in my position would have felt the same..If anyone reads and takes notice of this I would still love to speak to a manager or preferably the managing director or owner of your company .with a review this bad if it was my company I would do my utmost to resolve this problem and make sure it didn't happen again awaiting your response regards duncan

If you were me, what marks would you give? The scheduled delivery was on 13 Oct. A call was received saying delivery would be rescheduled to 14 Oct. I waited for the whole day, but no delivery or notification.

We were given a delivery slot of between 9am-6pm meaning that my wife took the day off work to accept the delivery. It’s currently 7pm & we have no shed, no phone call or message to say the driver is running late. I phoned your help desk but that closed at 5pm. Will our delivery appear tonight? Will it be tomorrow? Will it require more time off? This lack of communication from you is very poor.
