“Now that the shed has been constructed, I am pleased with the product but the construction presented numerous disappointing problems.
1. The delivery driver recommended that we put the felt on the roof before we assembled the shed. This in fact made the roof much heavier and less easy to lift and manoeuvre. Although doubtless well-meaning it proved to be unhelpful advice in our case.
2. One of the windows did not fit the frame. In our efforts to install it, it slipped out of our grasp, fell and shattered. We couldn't get a toughened replacement and had to accept an ordinary sheet costing £24.
3. The key did not fit in the lock. It was just sloppy carpentry, so we had to detach the lock and move it and make the hole bigger.
4.The silicone tube was inadequate for the windows. It needed two cartridges. Generally one cartridge will seal 10 linear metres for a 6mm diameter bead.
5. The instructions were a generic leaflet covering several different sheds. Considering the cost of the shed surely Tiger could produce an individual set of instructions for each shed. It was a confusing and irritating set of instructions.
I'm hoping that the manufacturer will come back to me on the above points. If not I will be further disappointed, and will not recommend the firm.”
“Shed arrived on time and is pretty good quality for the price. If you follow the instructions supplied the shed was relatively easy to erect. It took me about half a day.”
“Arrived on time, order was complete and as described. Very good quality materials meant it was easy to erect. I would have preferred a heavier grade roofing felt, but as you supplied a huge amount of it I was able to double it up with some left over! Well done.”

“Packed neatly onto a pallet. The delivery driver was superb (Walkers Transport) parking safety 200m away and bringing the pallet down the narrow access road along the terrace. Tiger Sheds can't guarantee this great service if course. The shed was quite straightforward to put up, you need a helper from time to time, especially when putting up the side panels. I felt the instructions were a bit lacking regarding the fixing of the roof panels to the side panels. I used some angle brackets that I sourced from Toolstation. It would also have been useful for a guide as to the number of fixings to use at each stage to avoid running out or at least put the average contents the nail/screw bags.
Very pleased with the result. Now need to fit it out.”

Unfortunately the delivery service used does not appear fit for purpose.
The original courier used a local, to me, company who failed to complete the delivery on the allocated day. Tracking is a waste of time and it appears I need to wait until next week for my shed. Not happy with the courier service at all.”
