“Shed appears to be good quality. Easy to use website. Tiger were recommended by my brother as he recently purchased one. I went for the shiplap which to me looks stronger than the overlap. Delivery driver Colin was a really nice helpful bloke, an asset to your company.”
“The shed itself (the wooden parts) is fine, but the pack was missing a large number of essential fixings (screws, the key, enough nails). I've raised this, and hopefully Tiger will sort this out
It's been a couple of weeks and no one has been in touch. Essentially their customer service appears to be non-existent”

The email said I’d be contacted 7-10 before! No call!
I emailed the “delivery” email address to chase up on 21.5.23…. No response, so phoned today 24.5.23. After being on hold for c 10 mins I’ve now been told it might be w/c 12.6.23..

“I came across Tiger online and received a PDF of their brochure, after a good read or two I decided a shed from the Tigerflex range would suit my needs. I wanted to put the door in the centre of a long side and position the windows appropriately. Competitively priced, added to the fact that I couldn't find any other supplier that offered a version to suit my needs. Reading the instructions, watching a video and actually talking to a member of the Tiger Team sealed the deal. Very easy to purchase online and Klarna make it even more convenient as I opted for 1 year interest free. They also make a point of declaring they're Green credentials too. Cant wait for my delivery.”
