Confirming a delivery date of w/c 30.5.23.
The email said I’d be contacted 7-10 before! No call!
I emailed the “delivery” email address to chase up on 21.5.23…. No response, so phoned today 24.5.23. After being on hold for c 10 mins I’ve now been told it might be w/c 12.6.23..

“I came across Tiger online and received a PDF of their brochure, after a good read or two I decided a shed from the Tigerflex range would suit my needs. I wanted to put the door in the centre of a long side and position the windows appropriately. Competitively priced, added to the fact that I couldn't find any other supplier that offered a version to suit my needs. Reading the instructions, watching a video and actually talking to a member of the Tiger Team sealed the deal. Very easy to purchase online and Klarna make it even more convenient as I opted for 1 year interest free. They also make a point of declaring they're Green credentials too. Cant wait for my delivery.”
“Called to place an order, got through quite quickly, Kieran took my order, he was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring.
He sorted my order and add ons, sent me a confirmation e-mail before we'd finished the call, he sent me a follow-up e-mail to contact him if I need anything.
So far, great service, just got to wait for my shed to be despatched.”
“The shed is Ok, I did not expect to much for the money I paid. 6x 3 Shed £499.
Had to take the day off for delivery, Kept getting messages saying the shed would be delivered, but it never came. Managed to contact the delivery company, they said it will come the next day, but they will not be able to get it up the drive due to shingle drive, so had to take another day off. When it came we got it up the drive easy enough.
The shed itself was easy to build, instructions were pretty clear and a few options to build differently.
The door came with a mortise type lock fixed to it. The lock was engaged but no key for it, so had to do away with that.
One roof panel was the right size and the other was the wrong size, so had to do a bodge job on that to make it fit.
The only enjoyable thing was building it with my son.”
“I spent ages working out if it would be cheaper to build my 12' x 8' shed/workshop myself, but the timber prices made it a no brainer to go with Tiger. Shed delivered when promised, despite heavy snow fall. Put together with my son, who is a joiner by trade. He was quite impresssed with quality. I upgraded with wider door and got some rubber for the roof. Lools like it will do the job and easily outlast me....”
“The log cabin we bought was easy enough to assemble, is very well designed and seems to be of high quality. Assembly and lifting of double doors into position needs care and was for us a three man job. Over all very good value for money though the ever changing discounts causes anxiety when ordering.”
“The choice is very good. However, I thought I'd try Klarna for the first time. That was a problem. It took my cash, but almost immediately, I was told that my attempt had failed. Just be careful of this thing, I ended up using PayPal. Which meant I was 450 quid down. This type of thing always happens to me at weekend when the business is closed.”

“Everything happened as stated in the purchase order. The quality was excellent. What wasn't quite as good was the clarity of the instructions. There were sections of wood attached to the shed that were there for transporting purposes, but that was not explained in the instructions. Following my telephone conversation with Tiger Sheds I hope that has now been put right. The shed is solid.”
