“We were given a delivery slot of between 9am-6pm meaning that my wife took the day off work to accept the delivery. It’s currently 7pm & we have no shed, no phone call or message to say the driver is running late. I phoned your help desk but that closed at 5pm. Will our delivery appear tonight? Will it be tomorrow? Will it require more time off? This lack of communication from you is very poor.”

I haven't hot the shed yet, but the ordering process was great.
Unfortunately I can still remember the price for my last shed - so it feels like they have gone up a lot. However, Tiger shed prices are competitive and I will review their quality once mine arrives and is erected.”
“Have dealt with Tiger Sheds previously and although a section was damaged on delivery last time, it was eventually replaced (although it took 2 weeks). A new shed order is due to be delivered in just over 1 week's time - if this is on schedule. The company has kept us in contact.”
