“We were generally satisfied with the quality of the product. There was a problem though which took more time and ingenuity to address. 2 pieces of wood which overhang the roof to form a triangle were not the same length so the roof would not align properly. We resorted to cutting off 2cm from one side. It was over Easter so we could not ask for guidance. I suggest that a check be made before it leaves your premises. Also I thought it should be finished off better around the keyhole eg some ironwork.
Perhaps it also needs pointing out that whole panels arrive. We only just managed to store it in my garage. I suppose I had expected it to come in smaller sections. However I am generally pleased with the summerhouse.”
“Two slight negatives, otherwise would have been an easy 5 stars. Ordered and built an Apex Flex 6 x 8 for partners mother. Floor did not have an option to join both sides, so causes a little flex when you enter. 2nd point is I have just ordered a bike store for myself. The website (on an IOS device) did not allow me to pick my preferred date of delivery.”
“Great quality shed, and easy to assemble with 2 people.
The only problem is we didn't like the nails to keep the glass in place, and would have preferred beading to be supplied.”
“Overall I am delighted with my 12x4ft storage shed. The assembly instructions aren’t at all easy or logical to follow, so I relied upon a YouTube video tutorial from another brand which made life much easier.
In order to have no gaps between panels when screwing together, I recommend using a couple of G clamps each time. I put it together on my own over the course of an afternoon.
These are great quality sheds and the gauge of the cladding is nice and thick so I am confident it will last a long time.”
“I have not yet received my shed so cannot review that.However my first contact with the customer service team could have been better.As tiger sheds say they are recording the conversation for training purposes,I suggest that they check this for tone as it would take to long to explain.Even pensioners are not to senile to make jokes.”
“Prompt service, delivered on a pallet to assemble. We had to alter the door as it didn’t open smoothly. Good strong locking mechanism and sturdy windows. Plenty of nails provided for fixing. Happy with the overall finished product.”

“The ordering process was fairly straight forward all the way through to the payment. There was also a section for delivery options as to where to leave the shed. Once the shed arrives only time will tell how this section worked out.”
