“Flooring was in 2 parts which didn’t line up so big gap in the floor unless altered and addition timbers bought. Missing parts including half a roof which took an additional 2 weeks to obtain. When the missing roof parts arrived they were not the same length as the original roof parts. All in all a poor experience of the company 😡”
“The summerrhouse leaks.. Delivery was a disaster I had arranged for the people who were to build the shed to be there to unload and check the delivery the day my summerhouse was due to be delivered between 5 and 7 pm At 7am that morning I found the summerhouse had already been delivered just heaped at my front door blocking the door . I was trapped in my house all day. No delivery note no instructions I was never able to sign for it. Had I been able to do that I would not have accepted it in that condition. I phoned to ask for instructions was sent some -a single a4 sheet for a shed, not a summerhouse. When I contacted Tiger sheds they said the leaks were not their fault.”
“I ordered a 4X8 Apex Shed, and it arrived on time; however, I was sent bigger roofing pieces with my order, which was much bigger for my Shed. It took me a while to figure out it was actually the wrong size for the ordered item. Unfortunately, the man I hired charged me more than was expected due to more work done to fit it for the size of my Shed. In addition, he did a lot of cutting and other work because the roof was bigger than usual and blocked my door from the top, and I could not open it! I was expecting a better service for the price I paid and Tiger is solely responsible for the more labour work caused.”
“I have not received my item yet but will review on receipt.My poor rating is because the shed I ordered this week was £150 more than 10 days ago.I did discuss with customer services who didn't seem to care.I did point out I had seen it last week at significantly less and ask if theyd honour as gesture of goodwill.I know prices increase but not that much.!Hope the product is worth the extra expense and the wait cudnt deliver for 2 weeks at the earliest.”

“I would avoid ordering anything other than a standard size shed. The instructions are for a standard size, so there is nothing to say how to join extra pieces extra. Seems lazy to me. Our bike storage shed arrived missing a piece and with one part broken meaning we couldn't complete it on the day it arrived, thus having to rearrange future plans. It will be interesting to see how this is resolved...”

“If we had a shed to review it would be good - nothing still received after 7 weeks and payment made in full!! Constantly having to chase our order but logistics department at Tiger Sheds have not yet managed to sort out the delivery to us in Hampshire. We are constantly being told it has been escalated to Managers/Team Leaders but still no progress - very, very frustrating and disappointing.”

“Very annoying to be asked to write a review when I have only just placed the order and the items is not scheduled to be delivered for about 4-5 weeks. How do I know what the delivery will be like, and what the quality of the item will be like at the moment?”
“So far so bad. I ordered my Tiger shed, and received an order confirmation number. Have already received two emails telling me to complete my order!
And also got rejected for their monthly finance option. Applied to give myself a credit record. Backfired, was rejected for finance out of hand. So had to pay for the shed in total up front. Very poor. Now I've got a rejected Credit Application on my file!
Not a good start.”
“Awful. Had delivery confirmation for 3 days ago. Still not here, as Unable to locate the shed! Rang daily with promised call backs and heard nothing. Customer service is shocking- can’t comment on shed as I still don’t have it.”
