“Did not allow me to order on line because my billing address was different to my delivery addres, although this option was available to deliver to a different address???? Advised on theor website to call their no and buy over the phone, the advisor told me that this option wasnt possible, took ages for someone to call me back, they seemed very disinteretsed in my purchase.”

“Really happy with the service and purchase. Visited their showroom in Liverpool as wanted to assess the quality. Had a design in mind that a member of stance created on their system and I booked there and then. Delivered as expected. Packed well and all parts received. Watched the very helpful online tutorials and got to work. After building a suitable base the shed went up without too many issues. Not something to put up in a hurry however, my design was quite large at 12x6. Wanted a shed that had a summer house look and it is perfect. Highly recommend.”
“Messed up delivery dates and didn't supply enough roof felt. Wasn't willing to send the felt next day delivery...said they were "unable". In 2024.....yeh right.”

“My review is based solely on the buying experience... don't bother ordering on an iPad. It's shockingly bad. My mother is buying a shed for us, so she called. Was told she couldn't order to a different delivery address than to an invoice address. Although you can on the Web page??!! I ended up having to do from my work computers. The Web page is very convoluted and some filters available on the iPad were not available on the Web browser... very frustrating..

“I am very impressed with the build quality of Tiger sheds and would highly recommend them. I already have a small summerhouse from Tiger, bought around the time of the Pandemic. It was tricky to assemble - you do need someone who's able to help to assemble it. I ordered my new shed at one of their showrooms where I was able to view some ready assembled sheds and summerhouses and this helped me to decide what to go for. I also paid to have my shed installed as I am unable to do this myself.”
