“Roof felt ridge piece ripped and blew off in the wind when our 8 by 6 Apex shed was 6 weeks old. We then had very poor customer service experience trying to source replacement felt. Would not recommend tiger sheds to anyone based on this. Would also recommend addition of felt adhesive as roof felt design is too flimsy for scottish weather.”
“Prompt service, delivered on a pallet to assemble. We had to alter the door as it didn’t open smoothly. Good strong locking mechanism and sturdy windows. Plenty of nails provided for fixing. Happy with the overall finished product.”

“a very pleasant man took my order and i asked for the door to be hung on the left {as your picture on the web site and he no problem and no charge looking at your order it looks like the door is on the other end of the shed now and thats no good I did call back on Friday and explained what had happend and ask for an email to confirm the correct possition of the door .You may be dealing with this if so thank you, if not can you please sort it out for me as I cant have the door the other end”

I wasn’t too impressed with the number of calls I received by the sales team (whilst I was at work) prior to the purchase. Tip to avoid this: do not input your details after placing product in the basket until you are actually ready to buy!”
