“Knot holes in shed letting in the elements. Should not have passed Quality control. No glass provide for window at point of delivery and still waiting after two attempts of redelivery one damaged in transit the another to big for space I have been waiting two weeks for the third replacement and still unable to use the shed a month after delivery”

“Unfortunately, many of the pieces of the shed were broken, in poor condition, or just not fitting correctly. We've also got pieces left over after putting it up, but having re-read the instructions, we're still no clearer where these items were supposed to be placed. Not a great product sadly.”

- Potting shed showed an offer of 10% off but only for LH doored sheds. You state a lot about Tiger-Flex does this not apply to RH doored sheds?
- You quote a lot about 7 day delivery, but I am quoted 7 week for my order.”
“Very poor quality, some panels damaged and warped and impossible to assemble correctly. Contacted them a week ago with only an automated reply since. I had to build a new base as the one supplied was not fit for purpose, made in four separate pieces. Very poor all round and I won't be dealing with them again, best avoided.”

“Purchasing very easy promptley delivered, be careful unpacking the pallet as parts are loose inside. The design and concept is ok but let down by poor quality control shiplap on panels did'nt line up with adjoining panel so visually looks poor, instructions to download were poor. 50+ years of diy experience enabled me to work out / overcome the lack of clear instructions, how a novice would do I'm not sure. I would prefer to install the glass completely rather than just seal them in.”
“You may wonder why I have given 5 stars after reading what a disaster we had. Firstly the original deliver driver turned up and didn’t have any idea how to unload the log cabin, said he had a bad shoulder and couldn’t lift anything. He also crashed into our driveway gates and broke them. So after wondering why someone would even set off with a delivery not knowing how they would unload it I rang Tiger Sheds customer services rather annoyed. After explained the situation they too were perplexed, they apologised and said this was not one of their usual drivers. Rather than rearranging the delivery which I fully expected they had someone come out from an hours drive away to unload it. I sent a video of the gate incident which they very quickly agreed was the drivers fault and I have since had repaired. So yes things did go wrong and it wasn’t the best start but I cannot fault them for making an effort to put things right and I’d rather judge them for how they resolved things.
In terms of my log cabin, it’s fantastic. Between the video and online instructions we were able to follow them easily. Thankyou to the second delivery guy who set all the pieces out in like for like piles, this was a great help. The quality is great and it’s a fabulous space for my home office and just extra space for our family. We love spending time in it. I did a lot of research before ordering and I would very much recommend Tiger sheds.”
“Love our new 10 x 6 Tiger shed. Easy to order online and delivery driver was really helpful and pleasant. Paper instructions easy to follow, also used the Video for backup to assemble - great. Need to make sure the appropriate video is the most recent, there are later versions that could be taken down. Definitely a two person job, shed looks great once assembled and fit for purpose.”
