“The pictures including measurements for sheds are misleading and the 'technical information' on the shed size was wrong for the total length.
Customer Service was immediately rude and defensive as though it was my fault when I called and asked for the shed to be returned. Eventually, she said she'd speak to her 'senior' when she could and hung up on me, without any idea of timeframe. The 'senior' manager called back shortly after and was just as rude, she started the call angry for no obvious reason. I asked reasonable questions such as: when I will hear about the collection? Could I speak to someone to plan the delivery? And when will it be collected? She remained angry and wouldn't give me any useful information. Just telling me they'll email me with a date and there was nothing she could do.

“Excellent quality shed, very well thought out with modular panel sizes packaged on a pallet. This very clever modular approach makes life easy when taking the new hut through a garage. One person can handle each panel section and therefore the entire hut. This saved the hassle of organising helping hands. The delivery driver was also very good and figured a solution to an awkward address problem. Will definitely order tiger products again. Next is a corner cabin. Highly recommended them.”
“Shed appears to be good quality. Easy to use website. Tiger were recommended by my brother as he recently purchased one. I went for the shiplap which to me looks stronger than the overlap. Delivery driver Colin was a really nice helpful bloke, an asset to your company.”
“The shed itself (the wooden parts) is fine, but the pack was missing a large number of essential fixings (screws, the key, enough nails). I've raised this, and hopefully Tiger will sort this out
