I'd leave a decent review if i actually received the tie I needed for a function yesterday. Been a week since I ordered and still nothing . Maybe a problem with the courier and not the company? Tie was supposed to be delivered Thursday so I knew it was ready for the function Saturday. If it's a courier problem I'd suggest changing to another as it reflects bad on the company. Looks like I'm contacting for a refund unfortunately.

You let us process and pay for a order you did not have in stock, you took over three weeks to reach out to us and tell us you didn’t have everything in stock, and after us reaching out and telling you to send what you had as refund us the rest we are still
Waiting in refund…… also we ordered rhododendron purple ties and pocket squares and we had two pocked squares come in a lighter shade and two of the toes come in a lighter shade so we will never be coming throw you again there is no colour guarantee even with in the same shade and from the same place waste of my time and money, if our wedding was not so close after they arrived we would have returned and got a full refund

I must commend the Tie Specialist for their customer service.
I had an issue with the tie I received - the tie was of very good quality, but possibly damaged slightly in transit. Tie Specialist responded to my email within 12 hours and resolved the issue.
Next time my husband requires another tie I will almost certainly return to Tie Specialist.
