“I ordered a waistcoat in the size I normally wear, it was delivered the next day. However, as it was too small I returned this item in its original packaging, which cost me £4.20 (second class postage). They provided a refund which didn't include the £2.95 (incl. tax) shipping & handling charge which I paid on my order. Therefore I am now £7.15 out of pocket.”
