“Very interesting. Great presenter not shying away from some of the difficult issues regarding adoption of AI in a practice environment and the fact that she made it very clear that you have to put the effort in to make this work. Veterinary practices will have to accept that the systems will best evolve as a joint venture between Co.Vet (or another provider) and each veterinary team. This will prompt us as a practice to seriously look at incorporating AI into our day to day work. We are upgrading to Ezyvet, which we think suits us best. as a mixed practice, and would be interested to have your views on how you see that management system working with your product. I can see that you offer different service levels and would like to understand the varying benefits that come with each of those.
