Easy ordering, even with bespoke sizes. Various options for every purse. Fast manufacture and delivery. Online chat available to assist if required, pretty much 24/7. Communication excellent. Only downside for me, the 2 first letters of my post code was wrongly entered by them at the delivery stage and my mattress was sent to the other end of the country! No problem however, they made me another and it was received three days later. Mistakes happen and they handled it superbly”

So we had to have our daughters mattress custom made to size as our cot had been passed down to us but it was originally from America so the size was different to usual UK sizes. It arrived quicker than I thought, the quality is just amazing, and my daughter as been sleeping brilliantly on it. Their customer service was great, answering any queries I had quickly and always giving me the information needed - From trying to understand the differences in mattress types to the day it was being delivered. I?m so glad I used the tiny bed company!”
