“Pump bottle not secured during shipment, nor a safety seal. Resulted in mess with 1/4 of the bottle being inside the box.”

“I live in the United States and was charged an international fee. When I contacted customer service about this, they straight up didn't believe me. My bank said the financials are based overseas. Also, I didn't realize that the coupon code I was emailed only worked on the UK website, not US. The website didn't automatically direct me. The products are fine but I'm not happy with the purchasing experience.”

“I seem to be allergic to it, unfortunately. I had to test it to know and for that reason I am not allowed to return it. Would not recommend for the price regardless.”

“My order never arrived, and I've waited for almost 20 days for it to show up, only for it to never arrive, to never get a tracking number for my order, and asking me through email to leave them a review on the product, as if I'd gotten it.”

“The communication from the company was poor; an email said another email would be sent when the shipment was sent, and that did not occur. In selecting the products that I chose, I did not see that one did not come with a charging cable, which is a little mind blowing. The products intended for people who have penises are not suitable for larger penises, and I didn’t see that either. One of the expensive products is unusable for me.”

“Products are really nice and service was great but the marketing bombardment was a bit much. I definitely didn’t sign up to receive SMS communications but got a text with the company name in it flash up on my phone today. Wouldn’t have been good if I’d been in work or the kids had seen.”

“Over 2 weeks and I haven't received the package yet? You sent me an email 2 weeks ago saying "Your package is on the way and should take 3-10 days" but it has taken longer. When I click on the tracking link it says "We're expecting it, the sender has advised us they're preparing your item" so the item hasn't even shipped yet? what is going on?”

“The items I ordered were wonderful but my packaging was not discreet at ALL. I live with my parents and my stepmom got the package. Right on the package it had the order label stuck to it, including the names of the items (including a personal massager) AND the prices of each item. I am so humiliated. The items are wonderful but I will not shop here again.”
