The productm Jasmine started making a very loud motor noise for a few weeks and now completely won't turn on. This started a week after I got it. I can hear something rattling around inside. I have emailed support twice with no answer. This was the most expensive intimate product I have ever purchased, so I am not pleased.

Unfortunately didn’t receive my order on time. “Next day delivery” doesn’t work. Been ordered more than 100£ and upset with this kind of service. No updates for tracking parcel. No online contact for provide any information.

I was really disappointed with these toys Very weak, didn't feel like much of anything. And mostly pointless patterns.

Purchased 2 massagers. The first massager, Elemi, has a variety of speeds but the on/off button is on the side where most users hold and for this it will switch from the desired setting to the next without warning. Second massager, Ambrette, has ridges (why?) and is hard to clean and is the epitome of a petri dish. Poor design. I will never recommend these two massagers to anyone. I regret buying both and think the designers may have benefited with more forethought on the final product. booo

I was excited about purchasing because I loved the branding and everything about the website/descriptions. When I received the product it was not what I had in mind for a few reasons and so within a day I had emailed them to return it thinking it would be a simple return because the website says "365 day satisfaction promise". After multiple emails, from multiple employees, I am not able to do the return. My experience was the opposite of what the website states, I would not recommend this brand. Hopefully you like the product, but know that you have very low chance of returning without losing out on money if you don't like it.

Hi Anonymous, I am sorry that you decided not to return the toys for a full refund, as we offered you on numerous occasions. For clarity, as per our 365 satisfaction promise, we offer a full refund, or exchange, on any toy you're not completely satisfied with. We understood the reason you choose not to return the items is that you expected a free returns label, which we currently only offer to our UK customers, as per our returns policy in your geography, we are unable to provide such a label for you and ask that you return via your local courier / postal service. We further explained you could use an economy slow shipping option at minimal cost for the return and when we receive proof of dispatch, we would issue the full refund you requested immediately. You decided not to do this. We're sorry for this unfortunate situation but feel we have done everyhting in our power to resolve this for you. I still haven’t received my order even though I requested it within 5 to 7 business days. I understand that it’s Christmas season but I order back on the 10th of December. Can’t blame the postal service because my partner ordered other stuff a week ago, and her stuff has arrived.

Ordered on the 12th, not even packed until the 21st, only now leaving the UK. Pisspoor really, doesn't matter how good your products are if they don't arrive.

Found the Lube sticky and dried up almost immediately. Not very happy with this product at all. Would not recommend.
