“Their products are gorgeous. They make sexual play feel intimate and loving, not raunchy, dirty or fake. Would have gotten 5 stars yet struggling to get communication from customer service and one of the products purchases was faulty. Still high quality material yet broke after minutes of first use.”

“It took quite a while to get my order. However when it arrived I was happy with it. They are very smooth and pleasant. I love the rechargeable batteries. Each one has its own designated cord and they attach or plug in to each very neatly.”

“After sending an e-mail about some worries I had concerning my delivery that hasn't had arrived by then I got the most friendly and helpful response. My package arrived a few days later (due to my local post office) and I am very happy with the products and the thoughts behind and realisation of the ecofriendly aspect. But I was also very much impressed by the customer service they offered and the extreme helpful, fast and very personal help provided via e-mail. You can be sure getting appropriate help or being listened to whenever you have any concerns. At least that's how I felt - 100 %”
