“After never being able to orgasm during sex I was recommended their big wand 'Angelica'... and OMG what a revolution. I normally have to rub against the mattress/pillow etc to make it work for me. But the big head makes everything vibrate and I can FINALLY orgasm during sex, at the age of 33. I spent years wondering why the smaller vibrators did not work, but I now understand that the intensity of such a pin pointed vibration was too much. I needed that broader surface wand. “I purchased the Cassia last July and *loved* it! Fast forward to a couple weeks ago and it stopped working unexpectedly. I reached out to their customer care team - because of their 365 day return policy - and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly and efficiently I was helped. Julie and Barney were both lovely to talk to. They asked me to send a short video describing the problem and issued a replacement right away. The new Cassia came today and I'm thrilled! Keep up the great customer service! I'll be ordering more and telling my friends to do the same ;)”
