“Very disappointed!!! The products were great except a few weeks later I got a CRAZY import duties amount to pay for my package from The Natural Love company!! I was so shocked, I live in the Netherlands and I didn’t expect there to be additional import taxes after I already paid for everything inclusive in the price. Yeah, cool company but it just doesn’t feel good getting another bill in the mail for more money. When the box initially arrived it was very discreet so none of my roommates knew what it was. But when the bill arrived, my roommates all saw it and now everyone knows I ordered vibrators. Also, my package was sent as international priority, not sure why because I didn’t select any special delivery instructions. But somehow I’m also paying more for the fact that it was flown priority. This whole experience has been horrible and it’s such a disappointment, I really liked the company.”

“Really impressed with the thoughtfulness of TNLC to be sustainable and inclusive. I've gotten three toys and some fluid packages from them and been very satisfied with everything. Customer service has been quick to respond and very kind in resolving minor issues. Keep up the great work!”

“Excellent quality product. Really happy with everything. I’m probably gonna use the gag as a choker though because I’m not sure how good the rope will be with lots of saliva on it. ? Maybe it washes easily. Anyway, very happy with my purchase.”
