“When we received our couple’s bundle we were missing an item. I sent a picture and the stood behind their product and sent us the missing item. Natural Love was very helpful. The items we received definitely provided some intimate fun!!!”

“I love the design of my orders. the 3 for 2 deal was amazing as someone who is new to toys--it let me try several different things. I'm shocked by the prices and how reasonable they are given the ethics of this company--usually sustainable products (understandably) are a bit more expensive, but this is about the same as other high quality products without such explicitly stated ethics.”

“Lovely company with a great ethos and customer service! My first vibrator was faulty (it worked but it didn't last long after being fully charged) and I contacted them. Within four and a half hours they had emailed me back and had organised a new one. Very happy!”
