“I have never used a sex toy before, so I was nervous about trying out this product. I think for someone who has a lot of shame around the idea of needing "help" to get off (thank you to my ex-girlfriend for that), I was really unsure going in. I tried it on my own and then with my partner. Sometimes I have trouble 'getting there' with him, and the vibrator took away a lot of the pressure. He didn't have to wonder if he was doing something right, and it externalized the experience enough so he didn't have to feel like it was his fault if things weren't happening. Anyway, all the settings are wonderful, and I'm so happy I could find something that aligns with my values when purchasing a sex toy. I have historically wanted to buy one, but wanted to make sure I was supporting a sustainable company :).”

“My order was delayed due to international shipping issues. The royal mail (UK) tracking was easy to use and updated often, but once my package transferred to USPS (US) it was untraceable for a couple of weeks. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond. It took a couple more weeks to arrive, but my hamper did show up. I didn't realize when I first placed my order that I was ordering from a UK based company so I had some concern that I had been scammed my another fake facebook company. But The customer service support was immediate, responsive and went out of their way to assure me my package was on its way and followed up to to make sure it had arrived.”
