“I ordered 4 different items from TNLC They're good quality and I love the eco-friendly aspect. The delivery time is a bit long but it's also because I am based in New Zealand. I have been in contact with the customer service team as I was unsatisfied with one item (the product is good just not the right toy for us) and they were very reactive and very professional and offered me another toy instead. 10/10 for satisfaction !”
