“Love what you’re doing for women, helping relationships and keeping the rubbish out of products. Keep it clean, aesthetic and smelling/tasting good! Only downfall is the lube drying quickly, but I assume it’s due to being water based and I’m not sure how you’d solve this whilst keeping the products natural.”

We understand you contacted us requesting information about the two orders you'd placed 15 days apart in July. We received your original email and then received your follow up requesting us to 'close the ticket please' within 5 hours of the ticket being opened. I am sorry we couldn't reply within a few hours for you, we do reply to all emails within 1 business day, and only didn't in your case since you'd directly asked us to close the ticket.
