“My bottle of massage oil arrived badly damaged in transit. I emailed and had a response within an hour saying a replacement was on its way. Really great customer service, and the massage oil is GORGEOUS! Smells utterly divine - the 1st delivery drivers van must smell great!!”

“I loved the website and the company ethos. I live in Canada, and my order arrived in about 5 days which was much faster than I anticipated. I didn’t look at the shipping information before I ordered, so I missed out on the 15% discount, and I did need to pay import duties on my order. Overall, I am very pleased with my order. My only note is that I am about 5’3", and I think Cistus is designed for someone taller. I can’t place it so that it aligns properly, and I think it is just not small/short enough for my body, so it will sit in my drawer collecting dust. I am very pleased with my other purchases, however, especially Jasmine. I would definitely recommend The Natural Love Company and will order from them again!”
