“Great website. Next day delivery was offered if ordered before 1pm, we did this and it didn't get delivered for a couple of days. All packaging was good and all our products seem good quality.”

“Whilst I am sure the products are good, The gift card ordering was not the best. The gift card was sent to me, despite filling in the form with the recipients email and a message. I emailed the company to follow up but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. Completely understand it gets busy, but it meant I had to forward the gift card to the recipient instead. Of course no major drama, but don’t recommend a gift card.”

“I ordered a cassia vibrator. It was supposed to be quiet, but I find it much louder than ones I have used in the past. All the vibrating settings are very strong.”

“Think it was called the starter self-love pack. 3 toys and a lube. Crazy speed and sound! Might be your thing but unfortunately not mine. Probably what I should have expected. Additionally two of them just seem too big and noisy. The small one is good though and won't wake the neighbours up! Asked about the material used but no response, smells strong maybe it's the rubber used? However without knowing what the cover material is it makes me unsure of using - maybe you can put what it is on the website? The pack showed the alo vera lube but I received the stinky strawberry one which I wasn't expecting. Not happy to use that and wouldn't have ordered it :-( maybe type of free lube could be made clear for the pack. Descreat packaging though and it arrived quickly and with no plastics in the packaging just probably in the toys?”

“When my massage oil arrived, a quarter of the bottle was spilled into the box and lid was slightly unscrewed. Not sure if changing altitude affected this? Everything else in the order was in tact, but just noting for future international orders that there be a tight seal on the massage oils.”

“Maybe I just haven't used a vibrator in a long time but I'm having some trouble getting used to the 3 toys I got. I think it's really just me and being isolated for too long with the pandemic and fighting depression. I bought these as a way to feel pleasure again and that hasnt happened yet but hopefully I'll get used to the feel of them and have some fun with them soon”
