“Lovely company with a great ethos and customer service! My first vibrator was faulty (it worked but it didn't last long after being fully charged) and I contacted them. Within four and a half hours they had emailed me back and had organised a new one. Very happy!”

“This was a first for both my partner and my myself, neither of us had ever used a sex toy and the natural love companies website was great in making us feel comfortable. I felt that information was easily found, I love the style of the website, the packaging was discreet and eco friendly and it felt like I was buying something high end and a gift instead of tacky and cheap.”
