“Pros: 1. The lube is the best one we tried! I will keep ordering it! 2. The option to recycle bottles as organic waste is amazing 3. Support answered (almost) all my questions in a promptly manner Some things that could be better: 1. Add info about edibleness of your lubes to website 2. Add info to massage oil about application as a lube 3. Add info about how to recycle your products 4. Add the option to order big lube without pumps so I can reuse it”

“Good for some things, but incredibly expensive, with frankly frustrating and erratic discount policies. I think I'm getting 5% or 10% off for this review but then they sent a 33% off card with the parcel I received, whilst they emailed me separately telling me that I had 48hrs to use a 40% off code, and the original parcel was (IIRC) on an 'any 3 for 2' offer. Just... sort out your pricing? Like, I'd be much more inclined to come to you without the 33%s and 40%s and 3 for 2s and just lower pricing to begin with. The email asking me to review them here began 'hi [name] So sorry to pester' and it's a bit, well, yes, stop doing it then? You've already told me on a previous site visit that you'll give me x% off for a review, good grief, this is getting a bit needy. Would cheerily recommend their soft ropes / blindfolds, and perfectly serviceable lube.”

“I was a bit sceptical of this company, as I was seeing some reddit posts saying they were worried it was a scam website, too good to be true. But as someone that went on a bit of a shopping spree and treated themselves, boy let me tell you how amazing these products are and how amazing this company is! I truly haven't felt the way the toys make me feel in a long time. These also were my first dildos. What an investment.”
