“I am more than pleased with my recent purchases. Everything I ordered has been tried and tested with gusto and fantastic results have been had - I couldn't be happier. I love the packaging and the thought for the environment behind each step of the process, from the materials to delivery, well done. The only suggestion I would make is the bag size for the dildo - given the material is a little like rubber, once removed from the packaging, it is not as easily slid back into the canvas bag, perhaps a larger holding bag would be beneficial. This is no complaint however, I manage just fine, just my observation - I adore the face everything comes with a keep it safe bag!!!”

“I’m revisiting this review after such positive communication with Alexandra from TNLC customer service. She emailed me to talk about my concerns and to try and help however she could. I don’t think I’ve had such positive, kind and accepting service from any other company and I’m so impressed! After an email conversation, I was offered a voucher so that I can buy another item - and it’s not just a little token - it’s a voucher that means I can choose something else, which is fabulous. My review for Camphor is still the same - it didn’t work for me - but do read all of the positive reviews from women who love it (and remember that the couple of times I got it right it was fabulous!) Thank you so much to Alexandra and the rest of the team 😊 Bought the Camphor ‘revamped’ rabbit style vibrator…it’s weirdly noisy, doesn’t quite fit comfortably with my anatomy (and believe me I’ve tried!) and is therefore a bit disappointing. The two times I’ve managed to contort myself so that it ‘fits’, it’s been amazing but still much noisier than I expected. I’m a bit sad that it just doesn’t seem to work for me. But it’s a thing of beauty if you just want something aesthetically pleasing, and the g-spot parts is great. 🙁”
