“I purchased the Cassia last July and *loved* it! Fast forward to a couple weeks ago and it stopped working unexpectedly. I reached out to their customer care team - because of their 365 day return policy - and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly and efficiently I was helped. Julie and Barney were both lovely to talk to. They asked me to send a short video describing the problem and issued a replacement right away. The new Cassia came today and I'm thrilled! Keep up the great customer service! I'll be ordering more and telling my friends to do the same ;)”

“I absolutely love this company for so many reasons. Not only are their products PHENOMENAL, they're also Earth-friendly. On top of that, the shipping was fast and all packaging materials were recyclable. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing to update their personal pleasure devices (love the magnetic charging, no more throwing away batteries!) or even if they're just looking for something new. But, be warned. You're going to spend more than you expect because you're going to want to try everything!!”

“So impressed with everything. My order turned up so quickly, everything as expected, or better than expected even. Every item I ordered seems beautifully made and very good quality, and came packaged in very sweet bags. 10/10 for presentation for sure. I also love that they've opted for nice pastel tones and recycled materials. So many sex toys I see on the market for women are a bright garish purple or hot pink, but these seem much more sophisticated.”
