“Ordering from The Natural Love Company was quick and easy. Love the aesthetic of the packaging! It's so simple, clean, and discreet enough that you wouldn't know what was in the box. The shipping did take longer than I would expect, considering I paid for FedEx to Canada, which was listed as 2-3 business days, but it took a couple days longer than that. Customer service was quick to respond which I appreciate !”

“Whilst I am sure the products are good, The gift card ordering was not the best. The gift card was sent to me, despite filling in the form with the recipients email and a message. I emailed the company to follow up but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. Completely understand it gets busy, but it meant I had to forward the gift card to the recipient instead. Of course no major drama, but don’t recommend a gift card.”
