“Graham Storey at the Ipswich Mortgage… Graham Storey at the Ipswich Mortgage Centre has just reviewed our mortgage deal as he did 2 years ago. He provided an excellent service and found the best product for us on each occasion and completed the process for us with very little fuss and in a very professional manner. We would happily recommend him to others.”

“Great service start to finish. Thanks Suzanne. We have dealt with Suzanne Warnes on multiple occasions now and have always been more than satisfied with the sevices provided. A process which can sometimes be highly stressful was made to feel a lot simpler due to Suzannes clear explanations, constant updates and vast knowledge of products and the procedures. Very happy overall with the service provided and will be back when up for renewal next time. Andy & Becky”

“Thank you for a very professional service. We approached Sudbury Mortgage Centre to assist us with purchasing our second home. We spoke with Liam, who was very helpful and made the whole process painless. He kept us updated regularly and provided us with his professional opinion. We would highly recommend him and the Centre, to anyone looking to take out a mortgage. We will be using them again in 2018 to support us in finding and renewing our mortgage plan. I would like to thank everyone who works there, particularly Liam, for all their support throughout what could have been a very stressful time, Thank you. Mr & Mrs Embery.”

“*****Use Ipswich Mortgage Centre***** *****Use Ipswich Mortgage Centre***** I have nothing but highest praise for the way in which Ciaran Smith and Will Holden helped my partner and I secure our mortgage a couple of moths ago. Our circumstances were not straightforward at all with my partner having an adverse credit record and being self employed and an initial decline due to credit report recording. We initially approached Ipswich Mortgage Centre to make enquiries about affordability as we didn’t believe that we would be able to get a mortgage for a couple of year. Ciaran made full checks for us on affordability and to see whether we met any lender criteria Surprisingly we found that we could be in with a chance after Ciaran made enquiries for us. Will Holden got involved in our case while Ciaran was on leave after our initial mortgage application was declined due to unforeseen circumstances. A second application was submitted to another lender by Will which was successful and we have managed to buy the house we wanted. I would definitely recommend Ipswich Mortgage Centre and their staff, we recieved quick responses to any enquiries and timely advice. We will definitely be using them again when we are due to remortage. Thank you so much”

“Me and my wife brought our first house … Me and my wife brought our first house last yr after years of being with housing association. You were recommended to us by a family member and they were right. As you know buying your first property is always going to be a bit scary but after talking to Liam Ramsey he made us felt so relaxed and less nervous. The whole process was explained to us so well and easy to understand. We never felt pressured into anything we didn’t understand. The whole process went through smoothly and quick. I would definitely recommend the Sudbury and Needham Market mortgage centres for buying a home they are so helpful.”

“Helpful and competitive Needham mortgage centre have helped us for many years now to get the best deals, and more importantly for us, the best advice on mortgages and now also insurances. You would assume with them needing to make a cut they would be more expensive than doing it yourself but we have found that is not the case. Everybody is very efficient and professional but James Rice in particular is excellent, always friendly and patient, explains things clearly and even called us in the evening for our convenience. Thanks, Craig & Debbie H.”

“Invaluable help, very happy! Rana was invaluable with our house buying process. Not just in finding us the right mortgage - which he did, but finding and organising a good solicitor - at a good price, keeping us up to date with proceedings and then arranging life insurance and income protection. We owe a very large part of our recent and successful house purchase to Rana, and will return to him when we come to Remortgage in a few years time.”

“Excellent service as always! My partner and I have used William Holden at the Ipswich Mortgage Centre twice now and our experience has been fantastic. Having got both residential and buy-to-let mortgages thought them, we also had some very tricky requirements at times which I sometimes though would lead to a dead end, but Will always found a way around the problem. Responses were so quick and as soon as we needed something doing, they were so pro-active and would be working on it right away, best £295 we've ever spent!”

“Kenton - Ipswich Mortgage Centre I had no idea what I was doing, where to start or how to go about beginning the process of buying my own house and being a single mum made it all the more daunting. Kenton my mortgage advisor was really helpful made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. He was always on the end of the phone ready to answer any questions and put me at ease about what terms meant and what should be happening at any stage. He offered me impartial but clear advice in difficult situations, making it easier for me to make an informed decision. I would definitely and highly recommend Kenton and the Ipswich Mortgage Centre. I will be going back when its time for me to remortgage with no doubts.”
