“The service we received was absolutely fantastic... The service we received was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The whole moving process took us 3 attempts over the course of many years and John came to meet with us in the comfort of our own home on more than one occasion. Even after everything had fallen through twice, he was still incredibly professional and thorough when meeting with us to discuss our plans. He managed to get us a fantastic deal and explained things clearly. Every part of our move went wrong apart from this! It was superb to have at least one stable aspect and we will certainly be using John again when we need to remortgage.”

“Kathryn was the member of staff who… Kathryn was the member of staff who looked after us throughout the mortgage application process. Any questions no matter how big or small she was willing to answer and would always explain things simply and in good detail. She made the process very easy for both me and my partner.”

“I have used Stowmarket Mortgage Centre many times I have used Stowmarket Mortgage Centre since 2001. I have used 3 different Advisors during that time. All have been extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The support staff at SMC are always helpful and the structure of the business means that if I have a question and my Advisor is not free other staff are always able and happy to help. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“My situation was very complex My situation was very complex, I already spoke to a few advisors without getting much response. When I contacted Ipswich Mortgage Centre Ltd they were quick in providing support. Ciaran Smith straight away explained clearly and simply all possible options and the best solution that suited me the best. Very professional, reliable, transparent thorough. He was always giving me updates and always had time to speak with me. Quick and honest assistance all the way through. My case was resolved quickly and successfully. I am very grateful and happy.”

“Fantastic! My partner and I were first time buyers and we had our mortgage handled by John Pollard. He was hugely knowledgeable, got us the best deal available and made the process very simple. This put our minds at rest as it was all new to us. The rest of the staff at the Needham Market office were also very friendly, helpful and professional. We will definitely be using them to renew our mortgage.”

“My experience with Mortgage Centre was… My experience with Mortgage Centre was an excellent one. Graham Storey, our adviser was always very prompt, professional and kind. These decisions are very daunting, especially, that this is our first mortgage and we don't know anything about the system in the UK. Graham's explanations were always clear and I trusted him to make the best decisions for us and make the best deal on the market in the confines of our possibilities. He always responded promptly if we had a query and went that extra mile to ease our mind by calling us even after office hours if any changes happened. I would definitely recommend the company and Graham to my friends.”
