“My experiences so far with The Model Workshop have been okay. Webshop works reasonably well on desktop although a nightmare on mobile. Great selection. Both orders picked, packed and dispatched quickly. Prices are good. My only real issue is with communication; both orders had small issues; the first caused by me accidentally over-ordering, realising quickly and emailing immediately admitting my mistake and requesting that the order be amended. The second issue was with a faulty lid on a Citadel paint pot that wouldn’t seal properly. Both times I emailed sales straight away but didn’t hear back. I would order again, as they have great stuff. Just hope the customer service issues are an aberration.”
