“I received a notification letter several weeks ago that a payment had been made to yourselves from HMRC, but not heard anything from yourselves yet”

Dear Kerr, Thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. You may have received a P800 from HMRC which advises that you are due a tax refund. HMRC make payment to us via cheque and it can take up to 21 days for these cheques to reach us once they are released by HMRC. Once a cheque is received, we must process this and deposit it in the bank for it to clear prior to making payment to you; cheque clearance can take up to 3 working days. Please continue to monitor your Inbox as well as your Junk/Spam folder, in the event that your Mailbox may have filtered our communication(s). Kind regards, The Claims Guys Legal.

HMRC make payment to us via cheque and it can take up to 21 days for these cheques to reach us once they are released by HMRC. Once a cheque is received, we must process this and deposit it in the bank for it to clear prior to making payment to you; cheque clearance can take up to 3 working days. During this time, we issue E-mail communication(s) to our clients, requesting Bank Account Details, to ensure that there is minimal delay in issuing any due payment. Please monitor your Junk/Spam.
