“Frustratingly, this company seems intent on ignoring my request to cancel which I submitted well within the 14 day cooling off period. I am now being sent emails that are now OUTwith the cooling off period asking if I still wish to cancel! I find this to be a very underhanded and erasable method of ensuring the company receives it fees from me, despite having adhered to their cancellation policy. I will NEVER make claims like this through Social Media sites, again, and I will certainly, never apply through Claims Guys again. Absolutely dreadful experience.”
