“Ordered rug at a fab price. Quality was great and no smells. However it did not match our colour scheme. Was delivered in two days, and when we needed a refund the Customer service was brilliant, they are collecting the rug free of charge from my home. Over all great experience”

“The rug was very synthetic looking and does not have any sense of quality underfoot. The colours were more garish and not as ‘heritage’ as they seemed. Laid down and rolled up again.”
