“I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and I have still not received the item.. the tracking number provided shows that the delivery company is yet to receive the item also. There is no contact number for this company so its extremly frustrating as it is likely to take weeks to resolve and get a refund.”

“Very easy process from start to finish. The rug arrived next day as expected and I was able to track the delivery. Unfortunately I ended up requesting a refund because it didn’t quite work in my space and we opted to get a slightly bigger rug. The customer service team was very helpful and the refund process was straightforward. The refund came through the day after the rug was collected. Although I didn’t keep the rug I’d still recommend The Rugs and will buy from them in future.”
