“Have created an outside seating area in my top garden. Wanted it to be informal and easy. Your outside rug is just the job. Have placed it over a weed control layer and pinned it down around the edges. Its situated close to a new small pond and a raised bed ready for planting with wild flowers.”

“The rug arrived very quickly and was really good quality. The rug was lovely but once down it didn’t match my colour scheme as slightly more grey than I thought. I contacted customer services to return and they were fantastic. Replied promptly and organised for the rug to be returned. I received my refund quickly. I was really impressed with The Rugs from start to finish and plan on purchasing another rug.”

“The Rugs has excellent customer services. I needed them twice. First was due to a mistake I made when ordering and they were immidiate in their response. The second was because I could see they had dispatched the rugs to the carrier (Evri) but when I looked up the tracking number they kept saying it was expected. After 5 days I queried it with The Rugs and again their CS response was immediate. They resent the order via a different carrier and i got them the next working day. Neither of these 'issues' were of their making but they resolved both straight away. Fantastic service. The rugs are great too. I would definitely buy from these again.”
