“Easy to order fast delivery and the rug is exactly as required”

“To start off with it definitely wasn’t next day delivery ! The Rug was exactly what you pay for very thin & cheap looking all four corners of the rug were frayed & showing through the plastic binding on the ends the colour was also very cream which doesn’t show in pictures”

“I have only opened the rugs and checked for size (they both fitted perfectly). But as I haven't actually used the rugs yet (we are decorating) I can't give a true description of how the rug it. But does look good so far.”

“Genuine mistake made by "The Rugs." Quickly given a couple of resolutions to choose from and resolved very quickly with no impact to ourselves. Quality of products are very good. Wouldn't believe the rug we purchased was an outside rug but clearly is. Would recommend "The Rugs." My only issue is that you can only contact them via website email.”

“The Rug I bought is much lighter in colour than it looked online described as navy but is mostly light grey with some navy. So a little disappointed. Suppose you take a chance when ordering online. Service was excellent!”

“The rug appeared to be of excellent quality. Unfortunately it wasn't what we were expecting and was unsuitable for our needs and had to return it. However, the customer service was excellent and although I had some initial problems in organising the return some timely advice from Customer Services soon sorted the problem and the return and refund went very smoothly. I have added 'The RUGS' to my bookmarks bar in my browser so that I can easily locate them when we need to source a rug in future.”

“My item came really quickly and despite my confusion that perhaps I'd ordered the wrong thing because it looks and feels like a genuine indoor rug this has proven to be not only weather proof but easy to care for..it drys quickly so a quick hose off if birds mess it or anything spills. More expensive than I'd normally go for but I see the reason is clearly superior quality.. previous outdoor rugs have damaged when being washed off”
