“Our Club lost some key officers without passing on log in details etc. TeamFeePay sorted this very promptly and from this we are in discussions about expanding our involvement with them. Customer service is excellent, very helpful and polite.”

“It has been a great help for us to consolidate each of our teams income into one place for the whole club. We can see at a glance who has paid and it leaves the coaches free to coach rather spend valuable training and match day time chasing money. The team at TeamFeePay are always on hand to give help, advice and support. We have also dabbled at the fund raising side of the system which has brought in some much needed extra revenue.”

“TeamFeePay is a great tool for our football academy. It’s easy to use for parents and club officials. We can track our academy monthly fees and collate information about our players on their profiles.”

“The club were a little sceptical when approached about TFP as there are many software based companies out there. We were a very manual based grassroots club (33 teams) and with TFP we have become nearly 100% digital in the registration of players and the collection of monies. Not only did we eradicate the 8-10 days of the treasurer sifting through payments/allocations and chasing, we also grew our collection rate from 68% to 94%. We have not used any of their other services but plan to in the future.”

“Moving across to FeePay has made our monthly collections much smoother. We can accurately ensure that every member is on the system and additional information for them is easily accessible to those that need it. The staff have been fantastic, always at hand to deal with any query. Looking forward to continuing and building on our relationship.”

“Great platform which has made fee collections much easier for both the parents & the club as we are all volunteers. Chris at TFP has been great to work with when setting up camps and fundraising activities. His knowledge & expertise is greatly appreciated. Overall a very efficient & personable service which I would recommend!”

“We’ve been using Team Fee Pay since June, it’s gone well so far, the function itself is good- the only issue I’ve had is with stripe (the payment function)- but I have to say it’s some of the best customer service support I’ve ever had getting everything going. It can be expensive getting set up and then the stripe deductions on each payment- however it’s still ideal for me as a volunteer to just have everything automated and available.”

“All the guys at TeamFeePay have been super helpful & very responsive. The sign on and introduction was great, covering and answering all our questions and possible concerns. “Started using TFP this season. It's been a game-changer from our previous regime. Managing registrations and subscriptions is so easy and has improved the club's cash flow whilst the system takes care of any arrears. Managers are delighted as they can concentrate on coaching rather than collecting subs and the club's finances and management have greatly improved. The help from Chris and the support team has been excellent. Would highly recommend!”

“Our account handler James is always available to help. Very responsive. Will also send how to videos in response to requests for information from the system so that you not only get the info you require but have a resource you can access later should you need it again. Very helpful team.”
