“I ordered the old fashioned cocktail kit for an anniversary Gift for friends as it’s their favourite cocktail. The wrong spirit was sent and I asked if this could be corrected as soon as possible as I would be travelling quite a distance to see my friends and deliver in person. I was told that the correct spirits would be sent next day delivery. But they were not. This was on Thursday 2nd and I was travelling in the Saturday. I’m still waiting. I have had to give the present to my friends with the wrong spirit and told them I will post the correct spirits when they arrive. Unfortunately this has not yet happened. I’ve been dealing with a helpful girl calles Lucy who has tired her best to help. I have no bad word against her, but Overall, the experience has been negative for me and I don’t think I will be purchasing from here again sadly. £35 is a lot to spend to get the wrong product. And sadly my anniversary gift for my friends was ruined.”

So sorry for this experience! After a rare packing error at the warehouse, we also had an issue where the DPD driver mistakenly left a pallet of next-day delivery parcels that they should have taken. If they had done, your replacement would have arrived when expected, but this was one of those examples of a perfect storm of errors. Very sorry for the hassle, and we hope your friend enjoyed the gift eventually!
