great reviews on the Smoking Brisket - did those that commented need to trim the fat or just put straight on the smoker? thanks

Hi Darren, Thanks for getting in touch. Our Smoking Brisket is trimmed and ready to smoke - our beef naturally has a good fat content, but we wouldn't recommend trimming any away prior to smoking as it will provide essential fat for keeping the joint moist whilst smoking.
