“ Slowly working my way through all the meat cuts Slow cooking joints such as beef short ribs and salt beef are favourites .As a treat reverse sear a cote d boeuf can't be beaten and new favourite for moist meat and fantastic crackling is pork rack roast .Fantastic service meat delivered on time and well packed and fresh even in summer months .Well packed should freezing be required. Y advise is give them a go ”
