“I've always had excellent service from Suregreen, at very competative prices. I like the delivery process improvements (from the last time I ordered) where you can now track the driver and see when your delivery is expected arrive; and importantly see if there are any hold ups.”

“I’ve ordered from them twice and had issues both times The customer service is disappointing poor. On the first occasion I placed and ordered, got details of the delivery window and then heard nothing. On the last day of the expected delivery time I chased the company only to be told that the order had not been placed as the item wasn’t in stock. They claimed to have emailed me, but despite requesting a copy of this email several times it was never received. A person on the phone tries to tell me it was a “preorder” not an actual order, even though it was still on their website and they had sent me confirmation of my order. Second order arrived ontime no chasing required(hurrah). Driver rude and unhelpful and quality was really poor. Contacted the company and got, in my opinion, a glib and patronising response with no effort to help. I’ve spent over £200 on these orders and they treat customers poorly.”

“Very good price and good product I had heavy duty close board panels which were delivered on my prefered date and we were easily able to follow the tracking of our order which was very helpful all delivered by a nice polite and helpful man called Wayne all in all very pleased so I will be using sure green for my next order of 16 sleepers mr D Ryan”
