“Couldn’t be more impressed with Superbotanic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely love all the products I have tried so far (health bundle with tongkat Ali). After around 1-2 weeks I felt my general health and well-being improve drastically and my performance in the gym was the best I’ve ever remembered! 💪 Having incredible customer service on top on their amazing products is the icing on the cake 👏 Can’t wait for my next bundle to arrive! “Just wanted to say I am super impressed with Super Botanic in terms of your absolute focus on your customers and your drive for continuous improvement and speedy execution. I have had an email from Maya about items I have kept in my Super Botanic basket, I had been a regular customer of Super Botanic but recently following a change of your system, I noticed I could no longer order products to be shipped to my address in Jersey (Channel Island of the UK). In most similar scenarios I have come across with other companies in the past, even when I contacted the customer service team, the response time would normally take a long time and the answer I normally get back is a typical "computer says no" response. Therefore initially when I couldn't place the order I didn't bother and thought I would need to find an alternative product. Maya then reached out to me offering a 10% discount and her email felt very personal so I decided to explain the issue to Maya on how I can't place the order with the change of the system. Straight away Maya had picked with the relevant tech teams and added Jersey as a destination within an hour of me raising the issue. That is something I have never come across with other companies, the nimbleness and drive for further improvements. I also must add Maya is very supportive and helpful and all her engagements have been customer centric which again I am super impressed with. Finally Super Botanic always has been providing high-quality products so I continue to wish you every success in your business. After all we need to have more companies like you in the world.”

“Came across Super Botanic a couple of months ago and first I was skeptical but after speaking in the DM with the company, my heart was at rest. An amazing company which I can see going to the top in the supplement world. Amazing customer service, very friendly and welcoming. If I ever had an issue or question the replies were really quick and ensured I was always satisfied.”

“Received my wellbeing bundle and it came with the tablet box and bag, so that was a nice little surprise.! I'm pleased with the bundle and this is my second repeat order. Whilst initially I was a little sceptical, I realised how much of a difference all three sets of tablets make when I miss a day or two of taking them. If I miss any days, I notice my sleep is affected and my energy levels feel low. It helps with my energy and fatigue just to get me through a working day! I'm not good at taking capsules so I'd recommend blending the capsules with a smoothie mix. I normally take those with my breakfast smoothie each morning. Also, cannot fault the service. MYA is extremely helpful and the website is very easy to use.”
