“I needed a replacement part for an incubator and the Brinsea rep gave me a contact no. for a local supplier - Strangford Incubators. I called the rep and he was very helpful. I placed the order online and it was with me next day by post. Very friendly staff and efficient service. Thank you!”

Hi Tai, Many thanks for your feedback and very sorry that your order arrived damaged in transit. I have tried to contact you many times via email and phone but I have not received a reply? I asked for photos of the damage so that we could claim with our courier, but like I said, you have not remained in contact with us and haven't sent them. Even without the photos, we went ahead and sent you over replacements, which I can see have been delivered. Please get in contact with us as we feel we have fixed the issues with your order and we would really like to speak with you about potentially revising your feedback. “Works well, really simple design. The chickens can get the food (after some encouragement) but not the rats! Only one can feed at a time though as not very big”

“The prices are competitive to start with, but the real values starts when you have placed your order. Confirmation of the order is prompt and any queries or problems are dealt with straight away and a solution to any problem found. Delivery was prompt (and very reasonably priced) and there was very good contact and communication throughout the process. I am more than happy to recommend Strangford Incubators very highly indeed. I will definitely use them again, and so too should anyone reading this review.”
