“OK delivery was fast. I brought the borotto 24 and the sirio pump. it has bin running now for 3 days constant. It has maintained heat at 37.7 and humidity at 45 percent. Easy to set up and all you have to do is make sure the water is topped up. So I will do another review after the 21 days”

“I use the Brinsea liquid thermometers to be able to calibrate my digital Bluetooth thermometers. This website was the cheapest and deliver quickly. I've bought a couple from here and they have not let me down.”

“I ordered mine since I had a friend in the UK that hatched peacocks with it. First I could not use it until I bought a box that would I could plug it in the way they plug in the UK. After I realized that, used it. I had to buy the rocker extra. When you get too much water on one side, it leaks out on the table. It was very different. I did hatch a couple but it was a lot easier and trusted in the 360 Nutrisystem. All I did was zip-tied a couple so eggs would fit.”

Furthermore, I was not aware that you were experiencing these problems and I am very sorry that you did not receive a converter plug with your incubator, that was a mistake on our end. Regarding the water issue, there must be too much water in the reservoirs during incubation. The idea is to fill one side of the reservoir 50% during incubation and fill the remainder at hatching time (when the cradle is not being used). Due to your inconvenience, we would like to offer you a partial refund of your order and a voucher for your next purchase with us. We always endeavour to do our utmost for each customer, and on this occasion, we are very sorry for letting you down.
