“Unfortunately I ordered items on annual debit instead of using PayPal I immediately emailed to canx order but was told 24 hrs later it was too late so have had to pay additional costs to return I don’t understand why it could not be canx”

“My long body warmer's came extremely quickly they are fabulous very warm well made I bought one for myself and one for a Christmas gift as for the one I have purchased for myself it is well made I did order bigger than my normal size as wanted to put knitwear or thinner coat underneath and I can fit thick jumper underneath and thinner coat so very pleased with my items good corrispondance I was well informed when my items would be arriving recommend this company I have ordered from them in the past and had no problems on previous time one happy customer”
