“I purchased a long line jacket although it was quick delivery when it came there were holes in both pockets, and padding was starting to pop through on arm, sent numerous emails with no response. Very disappointed.”

“I was looking online for a nice looking jacket at a reasonable price and came across Storm Desire while searching online. I never heard of this store before so, I checked out the reviews and were pretty good reviews. I was a bit sceptical and hesitant but I couldn’t overlook how good the jacket looked at a decent price. I took the plunge and bought it. I could not hesitate as I looked elsewhere there was no other jacket that I liked. The jacket is so warm and stylish as well. I got a lot to compliments wearing it. No regrets and delivery was really quick. Definitely recommend very satisfied customer!”

“Hello. I ordered a coat from yourselves which is as a great shape and style unfortunately it was too big. I ordered a small size- which came and again, too big. It seems the two coats which are labelled different sizes, seem to be the exact same size. I will sadly have to send them both back. Delivery was however quick 😊”
